An open letter to Steve Jobs…

February 25, 2008 – 9:23 pm

Dear Steve Jobs,

Please release new iMacs soon. My Dell is dying a slow and painful death. I would love to spend my year end bonus on one of your sleek, sexy machines.

Also, I <3 your mock turtleneck collection.

Respectfully,
Mike Leotta

  3. Wow, Nelson, way to be lazy and post under your own name. I mean the Internet isn’t exactly the toughest place to fake your identity.

  4. Dear Steve,

I appreciate your prompt response to my request. I do encourage you to reconsider your decision. My sound card crapped out last night, leaving my iTunes library audibly inaccessible.

Also, feel free to contact me directly next time instead of having Nelson post your response.

    Regards,
    Mike

  6. Hello, Mike. Namaste.

I’m sorry to hear that you, my unenlightened young grasshopper, have a Dell. I wouldn’t be surprised if Michael Dell got a weaker form of pancreatic cancer just to copy me.

While it is not our policy to comment on future products, I do want to point out that our current line of iMacs are our best iMacs yet, and are available now from the Apple Store online or at our nearest retail location. As for what the future holds, please do not believe any non-official news about Apple that you may read on the Internet. Those friggin’ bloggers often get it all wrong.

  9. Dear Mike,

We have halted production on the iMac to focus on our new project, the iTurtleneck.

All your neckwarmth are belong to us.

    Truly yours,
    Steve
